FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Finger Lakes Young Professionals (FLYP) is the connective gathering of young professionals within the Finger Lakes region, encompassing Rochester, Syracuse, Corning and everywhere in between. All are welcomed to join in monthly networking socials to make connections, expand their professional circle and share experiences while living and working in the Finger Lakes. FLYP aims to bring together young professionals via networking socials, recreational activities, and charitable events. These activities enrich and strengthen the communities in which FLYP members live, work, and play while having the opportunity to meet with other young professionals in a relaxed setting.
Finger Lakes Young Professionals (FLYP) welcomes people to attend this month’s networking social. These socials take place the first Thursday of every month at a pre-advertised location. Attend whatever time you can make it and be aware that locations for each monthly meeting vary throughout the Finger Lakes region.
October’s networking social will take place Thursday, October 3rd at the Pick ‘n’ Patch, located on Routes 5 & 20 in Stanley from 5:30-7:30pm. Attendees will be able to have some seasonal fun by taking a journey through the corn maze and jump on the “barnyard bouncer” free of charge. FLYP-ers that attend will also be able to purchase pumpkins at the event for their fall decorating and enjoyment. All are welcome and invited to join. 50/50 and complimentary raffles will take place where proceeds from the event go towards professional development and promotional efforts for the organization.
