This historic villa offers 29 guest suites and studios, all appointed with beautifully handcrafted Stickley furniture, a kitchen, Renaissance architecture and modern comforts. Some suites feature lake views, wood-burning fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs and cathedral ceilings. Two-story townhouses situated 25 feet from the main villa provide spacious comfort, each featuring private furnished lakeside patios and two bedrooms, perfect for a reunion or family vacation

Historic Classic Suite

Is a spacious 2nd floor suite with a foyer; a living room with wood-burning, marble fireplace; a master bedroom with a rice carved canopied queen sized bed, loveseat and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub; then a 2nd bedroom with queen bed; and a full bath and ready kitchen to complete our most spacious accommodation. Chippendale furniture, rich architectural features and a breathtaking view of the formal gardens, pool and Seneca Lake give The Classic its special allure. 1060 square feet

Historic Whirlpool Suite

Also known as the “Chapel” suite on the 1st floor has cathedral ceilings, a chandeliered entrance foyer, living room, bedroom and grand mirrored red double whirlpool room. The Hepplewhite furniture, hand carved canopied bed, spacious living room with hard wood floors, oriental rug and celestial windows create a most romantic spot. Limited view of lake from bedroom. 750 square feet

Historic Loft Suite

On the 3rd floor has a bird’s eye view of the gardens, pool and Seneca Lake. A spacious foyer enters into the grand living room, with a 15 foot cathedral ceiling. Six windows look to the east and 3 to the west. From the living room’s interior balcony throw open the windows, enjoy a refreshment, and sit back in the classic Morris Chairs with an unforgettable “view from above.” Stickley’s Mission Cherry furniture fills the suite including the spacious bedroom with a king bed. The bath has a Jacuzzi tub. A small equipped kitchen complete this very special guest suite. 940 square feet

Historic Library Suite

Is a one bedroom 1st floor suite. Its living room is the villas original 1910 library with terrazzo floor, oriental rug, wood coffered ceiling and wood-burning, marble fireplace. The mahogany wood shelfs are filled with a broad range of fine literature and art books. A ready kitchen, a full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed complete the suites warm, elegant space and atmosphere. Living room windows look onto colonnade and terrace. 648 square feet

Landmark Original Villa Suites

Are three spacious suites on the 2nd or 3rd floor in the original Italian Renaissance villa built in 1910-14. Each suite has a living room with dining area, a ready kitchen, a bath with Jacuzzi tub and bedroom with a queen bed. All have unique architectural features, windows to the east and to the west and an exceptional view of the gardens, grounds, pool and Seneca Lake. 600 to 667 square feet

Landmark Original Villa 2 Bedroom

3rd floor spacious suite is in the original Italian Renaissance villa built in 1910-14. This elegant two bedroom suite has a living room with dining area, a ready kitchen, a bath with Jacuzzi tub, a master bedroom with a queen sleigh bed and a 2nd bedroom with twin beds. The windows in the living room face east offering an exceptional view of the gardens, grounds, pool and Seneca Lake. 746 square feet

Landmark King with Twins

Are very spacious two bedroom suites on the 2nd or 3rd floor. There are 8 windows giving views to the east, north and west … though the lake view is obstructed by trees. Each has a large living room, dining area, ready kitchen, large master bedroom with king bed and seating area, a 2nd bedroom with twin beds and one bath with Jacuzzi tub. Each has a sofa bed in the living room. 986 square feet

Landmark 1st Floor Suites

Each of our two 1st floor landmark suites have a living room, ready kitchen, bath with Jacuzzi tub and a bedroom. Suite G1A has a king bed and windows to the east, north and west, but no lake view. Suite F1A has a queen bed, hardwood floors in the living room. There are windows to the east and west with a lake view though obstructed by trees. To reserve a specific suite here, a direct call to reservations at 315-789-7190 is necessary. 585 to 625 square feet

Landmark 2 Bedroom

Suites on the 2nd or 3rd floor offer windows on the east, south and west and have a living room, ready kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed, a 2nd bedroom with full bed and a bath with Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a sofa bed. The east view toward Seneca Lake is limited by trees. 722 square feet

Townhouse 2 Bedroom

Suites are in a two-story townhouse building 25 feet from the main villa. The first floor offers a kitchen, half-bath and living room with sliding glass doors to it’s furnished private patio. A full bath and two bedrooms are upstairs….one with a queen bed and the other a full bed. There is a lake view, though obstructed by trees. Townhouse K is our only accommodation where a pet is permitted. A direct call to reservations is necessary to reserve for a pet. 750 square feet

Studio with Fireplace

On the 2nd floor has a living room/bedroom combination with a queen size murphy bed which easily pulls down from the wall at any time, a hand carved, wood-burning marble fireplace, small kitchen and spectacular view of our gardens and Seneca Lake. Watch the sunrise over Seneca from the comfort of your bed! And the Stickley “Leopold Chair” is very comfortable too! 462 square feet

Deluxe Suites

Located on the 2nd or 3rd floor have a living room, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, and bath with Jacuzzi tub. Each is uniquely appointed and furnished with Stickley. The east view is toward the lake though somewhat obstructed by trees. 417 to 486 square feet

Deluxe Suite on 1st Floor

A spacious one bedroom suite with wonderful cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors in living room, a bedroom with queen bed, bath and ready kitchen. Windows are to east and west, though the lake view limited by trees. Note there is one step between living room and bedroom. 530 square feet

Studio East

These two studios located on the 2nd or 3rd floor have a living room/bedroom combination with queen size bed. There is a table with chairs, a kitchen area and full bath. Enjoy the great view of gardens, pool and Seneca Lake. 356 square feet

Studio East 3rd Floor

This small 3rd floor accommodation is a living room/bedroom combination with queen size murphy bed which easily folds down from the wall at any time. There is a sofa, table with chairs, a kitchen area and a bath with a shower only. Although the smallest of our accommodations it offers great views of gardens, pool and Seneca Lake. 336 square feet

Studio West

These two studios located on the 2nd or 3rd floor have a living room/bedroom combination with queen size bed. There is a table with chairs, a kitchen area and full bath. Their west orientation loses the garden and lake view. 342 square feet
