Ingle Vineyard Harvest Celebration Returns to Heron Hill at Bristol

September 8, 2014(Canandaigua, NY) –Spend the afternoon in good companyat
Heron Hill’s Tasting Room at Bristol on Saturday, September 20from 12 PM to 5 PM for
the Harvest Celebration at Ingle Vineyard.  This family-friendly event corresponds with
the commencement of harvest in the Finger Lakes. Beginning at 1 PM, enjoy footstomping,
live music by The Cabin Killers –a talented group of area musicians with a
repertoire spanningAmericana, roots and blues. Apple-pressing demonstrations will
take place throughout the day.During thisintimate event visitors willalso have the
opportunity to meet area craftspeople and sample locally made products, such as: Chef
Lerman, Good Life Tea, AHI Designs, Wendy Young jewelry, and SOS Specialty Foods.
There is no entrance fee for music and activities. Heron Hill wine, NY craft beer, and
freshly made wood fired pizza will be available to purchase. Newthis year – Heron Hill
will also offer Grove Boys BBQserving chicken, pulled pork, baby back ribs, corn, and
more.

The Tasting Room at Bristol is located in Canandaigua, NYat 5323 Seneca Point Road
near Bristol Harbour Resort. This charming barn is the former site of the South Bristol
Cultural Center; families gathering with live music to mark the change of seasons fitsthis
space very naturally.The tasting room and gift shop will remain open for visitors to
sample new releases as part of Heron Hill’s premium wine tasting option for $5. Some
seating will be available, however everyone is encouraged to bring a chair and spend
the afternoon. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted. The Harvest Celebration
will happen rain or shine.

Establishedin 1977, some of Heron Hill’s first plantings of Chardonnay and Riesling took
root at Ingle Vineyard. Today, the Ingle Vineyard series of wines include limited
production single-vineyard varieties like Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Francand
Pinot Noir. All of the Ingle Vineyard wines are sustainably farmed, hand-harvested and
expertly craftedwith great passion.
