The resort is the only hospitality company included on the 2023 list
Aurora, N.Y. (March 16, 2023) — Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa is excited to announce its placement on the 2023 list of Best Companies to Work for in New York, earning distinction for the second consecutive year as the sole hospitality company on the list of 75 businesses and organizations.
Created in 2007 and managed by Best Companies Group in partnership with the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM) and the Rochester Business Journal, this celebrated annual awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in New York whose practices benefit the state’s businesses, economy, and workforce. As a Best Companies Group press release states, “There were two parts used to determine the rankings. The first consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics, worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which consisted of 75 percent of the total. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.”
