Since 2019 the Ithaca Farmers Market (IFM) has operated a successful Winter Market in partnership with the Triphammer Marketplace. Over the course of the last five seasons, increases in both foot traffic and vendor interest has resulted in expansion of IFM’s footprint. Loyal customers can now find 30+ vendors in both the Ithaca Bakery and Reuse Center atriums.
The 2023 Winter Market season will officially launch on January 7th and will run every Saturday until the end of March from 10:30am to 2pm. Using both atriums allows more vendors to participate while also ensuring that there is ample space to display local produce and art and serve prepared foods such as: Cambodian cuisine from Khmer Angkor, hand pies from Mama Said, pitas from On the Street, pastries and more from Veronika’s, and other delicious foods from our talented vendors!
We are excited to kick off Ithaca Farmers Market’s 50th year with our 2023 winter market -- a one-stop shop for all your local goods needs. Stop by to pick up your weekly groceries, a bottle of cider, baked goods, a hot meal, or an artisan gift for a special someone! This year, our diverse line up of vendors also includes Katherine Solomon Photography, Belinda Thompson Glass, Adelina’s Pizza, Jasper Meadows Farm, and more.
After a two week hiatus for the holidays, IFM is excited to welcome back its many loyal customers. With ample parking and a convenient location, the Winter Market is the easiest way to stock up on groceries and support your local economy. Many of IFM’s vendors accept credit cards, but there is an onsite ATM for those that don’t. EBT tokens will also be available for SNAP-eligible customers.
