May 1, 2018 -- Lodi, NY: The Martin family recently purchased Kings Garden Vineyard located on Rt. 414 in Lodi, NY. The Martin’s currently own Montezuma Winery and Hidden Marsh Distillery, along with Kings Garden’s neighbor, Idol Ridge Winery and Alder Creek Distillery. The Martin’s have been in the wine business for over 15 years and are excited to continue to grow.
Established in 2008, King’s Garden Vineyards sits on a beautiful 25-acre hillside adjacent to Seneca Lake. This amount of acreage leaves substantial room for growth and transformations.
“We are excited to continue the success of Kings Garden and adapt it to make it our own,” Co-owner Bill Martin said.
To kick off the summer, the Martin’s plan on releasing a new brand, along with a new wine series that will include a variety of fruit, honey, and grape wines, both dry and sweet. Blueberry Apple, Pinot Noir and a sparkling Lemberger Rosé are just a few of the wines that are projected to be released. There will be something for everybody.
“This is an exciting time for both our family and our business,” Martin said. “We can’t wait to share our new brand and variety of wines with our customers.”
