Celebrate The Emerald Isle - March 17th-19th
Celebrate the rich heritage of Irish cuisine at our uniquely-themed fireside experience! Seated at our outdoor fire cauldrons, you'll start your visit with an appetizing ploughman's plate of Irish cheddar, chutney, and fruit accompanied by a selection of four wine samples to pair. Throughout your tasting, we'll include a tank sample of a not-yet-bottled wine poured fresh from our cellar. Finally, you'll warm up with a steaming bowl of hearty Irish Stew or creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup, accompanied by Irish soda bread and your choice of a glass of artisan wine from our extensive list. Optional tours of our production facility are available as an add-on!
Bring your snowshoes, cross-country skis, or hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes! Guests should dress for seasonal temperatures and take into account forecasted weather conditions.

On every Friday in March, the member wineries of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail will be offering you a tank or barrel sample to go along with the purchase of your flight or tasting.
This isn’t just “getting an additional wine sample.” This is getting to taste a wine before it’s ready for the bottle. It’s getting to taste the wine before it’s mature, filtered, etc.
It’s getting to taste a part of the winemaking process.
The tank or barrel sample you have will* align with what’s in your flight or tasting selection, so you’ll get to experience the “before and after” of that wine.
But even if you aren’t an aficionado or connoisseur, this tasting will still be such an eye-opening experience and will give you a greater appreciation for the steps that go into creating your favorite wine.
So pick a Friday (or 2) and swing into any of our 12 wineries during the month of March for your Tank or Barrel Samples.
*Exceptions to this may apply depending on your selection and what they have in their tanks and barrels.

You read it right; we said BACON! The wineries have paired tantalizing bacon dishes with CLWT wines for your pleasure. Your taste buds will thank us later.
Besides sampling bacon-infused dishes, you’ll sample a wine that compliments that dish, and also be offered up to 3 more additional wine tastings.

• Preplanned itinerary 6 wineries, complete with reservation
• 1 wine and bacon-infused pairing at each stop

This event is structured like our pre-2020 events. You’ll select your starting winery and visit the rest of the participating wineries at your own pace. Tickets are limited – get yours before they sell out!
Brunch without bubbly is just a sad breakfast – but we’ve got a great reason to party. It’s our 40th anniversary, and to celebrate, we’re inviting everyone to travel the Trail for brunch. The wineries are whipping up some delectable brunch items paired with carefully selected wines for your sampling. Get ready for the bubbles, it’s CeleBrunch!
