Showcasing the Flavors of Finger Lakes Wine, Mirbeau Inn and Spa Launches Winemaker Dinner Series on May 9th

SKANEATELES, N.Y. – May 7, 2013 – The Finger Lakes has long been renowned for its wineries and this spring and summer, the destination’s award-winning, French-inspired retreat, Mirbeau Inn & Spa, celebrates the best of the region as it launches its Finger Lakes Winemaker Dinner series. Debuting Thursday, May 9, with Heron Hill Winery, the monthly dinners provide hotel guests and local residents the opportunity to indulge in a four-course, wine-paired dinner that offers a taste of the top wines and exquisite farm-fresh dishes in the picturesque setting of Mirbeau’s dining room. Winemaker Dinners are $100 per person and begin with a 6:30 p.m. reception followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

The series continues through summer with Dr. Konstantin Frank on Thursday, June 20,Standing Stone Vineyards on Thursday, July 18, and Red Trail Ridge Winery onThursday, August 8.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling 877-MIRBEAU (647-2328).
