THERE'S A NEW FOOD TRUCK ROLLIN' IN

New York Wine & Culinary Center and its Upstairs Bistro Announce Farm-to-Table Food Truck

The New York Wine & Culinary Center (NYWCC) isexcited to announce the launch of their very own Food Truck.

"The Food Truck will bring the mission of NYWCC on the road across New York State, educating, engaging, and exciting visitors by celebrating and showcasing New York's finest in food and agriculture," said Rob Sands, President & CEO of Constellation Brands, Inc., and Chairman of the Board for the New York Wine & Culinary Center.

The menu will be reflective of NYWCC's farm-to-table restaurant, Upstairs Bistro, which features seasonal ingredients from local farms and producers with over 85% of ingredients from New York State. Some menu highlights include the Upstairs Bistro Cuban, a Marinated Veggie Pita, House Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket on Ciabatta, Grilled Chicken Salad, and a Taco of the Day.

"We are thrilled to feature the dozens of New York State farms and products we already work with and showcase them to new audiences across the state," said Peter Rogers, General Manager of NYWCC. "Consumers are actively seeking fresh, healthy options that include local, seasonal ingredients. We are excited tobring that option to the Food Truck scene."

The Food Truck is slated to make its debut Saturday, May 30 at the George Thorogood and The Destroyers Concert at CMAC, and will be found around town and across the state this summer at various food truck-centric events, wineries, breweries and more.
