Ithaca Coffee Company's Tavern at Triphammer recently installed Napa Technology's cutting edge WineStation preservation and pouring system, which will allow customers to sample some of the world's finest wines by the glass.
A selection of 16 unique and high end wines such as 2009 Hewitt Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, and 2008 Etude Pinot Noir, Carneros will be available in taste, half, or full glass options. Ithaca Coffee Company has long been aware of the expanding sophistication among the food and beverage consumers of Ithaca, NY. Now they can provide guests with the opportunity to explore a broad selection of high quality wines from a variety of price points, all at the perfect temperature and at their peak of freshness and taste.
