Ventosa Vineyards has 23 acres of vinifera varietals and specializes in producing premium aged dry red wines. While the opulent Tuscan inspired building might seem very large, Ventosa is considered a boutique winery with an average production of 3,500 cases per year. The 2011 vintage of the Estate Grown Lemberger aged for 3 years in Hungarian oak and produced only 256 cases.
