Another Watkins Glen-area attraction has been named a nominee for a USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice contest. In April, Watkins Glen State Park was named the #3 state park in the USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice contest for Best State Park in the country. Now, Watkins Glen International is one of 20 finalists competing for Best NASCAR Track.
"It's exciting for us to be in the running for the USA Today's 10Best 'Favorite NASCAR Track' award," said Watkins Glen International president Michael Printup. "We encourage our fans to vote each day, and spread the word to get The Glen to No. 1."
