The local winery has teamed up with Finger Lakes Cookie Co.
Rochester's winery, Casa Larga Vineyards, is offering something special for those celebrating Mother's Day on May 14. Casa Larga has partnered with Finger Lakes Cookie Co. of Geneseo to create wine-infused cookies for a Mother's Day pairing.
The pairing includes a flight of three wines and three mini cookies. Tickets for the event are $10 per person, $7 per mom and a non-alcoholic option for $5 featuring two sparkling grape juices, perfect for moms-to-be, kids and designated drivers. The winery is also offering a deal on another gift for mom: $2 off a custom-labeled wine (must be ordered by May 11).
The flight includes:
- Vidal Blanc wine with a lemon cookie
- Lilac Hill wine with a Lilac Hill infused snickerdoodle
- Dolci Rosso (or Cab-Merlot) wine with a Dolci Rosso infused double chocolate chip cookie
The event takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 14. Complimentary winery tours will be offered that day at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Tickets are available in advance online at www.casalarga.com or at the door. To order a custom wine label, call the wine shop at 585-223-4210.
