Historic and beautiful downtown Penn Yan will be the host site for the first Flights of Fancy – Finger Lakes Wine Classic to be held on Saturday, May 14th from 2PM – 8PM. This tasting event is co-sponsored by the Penn Yan Rotary Club and the Yates County Chamber of Commerce and will pair the finest Finger Lakes varietal wines and the most innovative chefs’ regional cuisine, all under one festival tent in beautiful and historic downtown Penn Yan.

Attendees can purchase advance sale tickets for $25.00 (plus tax) or purchase tickets at the gate for $30.00 (plus tax). The admission fee grants you entrance to the festive atmosphere, give you a souvenir wine glass and 16 tasting tickets to sample the large variety of wines. Food tickets will be sold separately with six food vendors available.
Entertainment will intersperse the day, with live performances by Artistic License, accented by the sounds of smooth jazz and classic contemporary hits. Chef demonstrations will be held in the festival tent and three cooking classes will be held in the commercial kitchen of Milly’s Pantry.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Penn Yan Rotary Club’s community programs, including the historic Keuka Outlet Trail.
