Workwear Brand Carhartt Opens at Destiny USA

Syracuse, NY- Internationally known workwear brand Carhartt is now open at Destiny USA. The widely popular rugged workwear brand is proud to serve a variety of customers in many industries including construction and manufacturing along with farmers, ranchers and outdoor enthusiasts.

In 1889, Carhartt Inc. was established in Detroit by Hamilton Carhartt. Today, the company remains privately held by the Carhartt family to ensure its founder’s mission is carried through in every garment it produces.  For over 123 years, Carhartt has delivered best-in-class enduring apparel that respects the hard-earned dollars of America’s workforce. Known for rugged construction, innovative design and exceptional standards of quality, durability and comfort, Carhartt work wear has become a legend among America’s skilled tradesmen and craftsmen.

“There are a number of changes that people are seeing taking place throughout the existing space,” Rob Schoeneck, General Manager of Destiny USA, stated. “New seating, new interactive directories and new stores like Carhartt are helping build Destiny USA as an all-in-one brand with an entirely new shopping experience.”

Carhartt is located in the former Mastercuts space. A new Mastercuts opened in March 2013 next to Eastern Mountain Sports.

Destiny USA is Carhartt’s second location in New York State and its tenth standalone retail store.

Carhartt is located on Destiny USA’s first level, underneath the food court.
