SUP Yin Yoga

Our first Yin Yoga class on the water, perfect for beginners! Yin Yoga consists of passive, long-held (5-minute) floor postures, which mainly affect the spine, hips and pelvis while specifically targeting the connective tissue. Regular Yin practice brings moisture back into the connective tissues, therefore lessening joint issues and enhancing overall mental and physical well-being. This is a special event.

Go from the basement to the belvedere of Rose Hill Mansion.  Please be advised that there are many stairs to climb, a dirt floor basement and some confined spaces included in the tour.  The tour lasts an hour. 8th Annual Paddle Keuka 5K

Welcoming kayaks (both recreational and competitive), canoes and paddle boards for the 8th year, save the date for the Saunders Finger Lakes Museum's annual Paddle Keuka 5K. Tickets available for single and double kayaks, single and double canoes, SUPs.

Don’t have your own gear? Race tickets including equipment use are also available.

Family Day
Family Day

Family Day at Rose Hill Mansion will be held on Saturday, August 10 from 12pm to 4 pm. This free family-oriented event will have a scavenger hunt in the historic mansion and activities for kids on site. The Freier family are bringing their farm animals to view, and Joan Burch will play music from 12pm to 2pm.  Geneva Rotary will sell hamburgers and hotdogs so bring a blanket for a family picnic. Time Travelers of Seneca County will be in costumes playing old fashion games. Town of Fayette Historical Society and Girl Scouts will have hands-on activities.  Ithaca Maple Works will be selling a variety of premium maple products produced.  

The Carriage House Gift Shop will be open during the event. Rose Hill Mansion is a property of Historic Geneva. Support for Family Day is provided in part by the Nelson B. Delavan Foundation Part A.

The blueberry moon paddle is led by Saunders Finger Lakes Museum’s NYS Outdoor Guides and Educators, taking guests out onto the waters of Keuka Lake, through wetlands, and back up Sugar Creek. End the paddling experience with a bonfire and snacks.

Summer Concert
Summer Concert

Free summer concert at Rose Hill Mansion! Bring a picnic dinner, lawn chairs or a blanket. Enjoy an evening of music on the lawn to end a summer weekend in the Finger Lakes. On Sunday, August 18, Annie Ol’Thyme featuring Trish Engelhard, Nora Starr and Lisa Ann Wright three-part harmony of bluegrass, country and original songs along with fiddle, guitar, mandolin and other instruments.

The last regular tour of Rose Hill Mansion will run at 3:30 p.m. There will be no house tours during the concerts. The Carriage House Gift Shop will be open during the concerts. The concerts are free and open to the public.  For more information about the concert series or Rose Hill Mansion, call Historic Geneva at 315-789-5151 or Rose Hill at 315-789-3848.  Rose Hill Mansion is a property of Historic Geneva.
